
Lavender lemonade
Lemonade is a classic summer drink. It’s tangy flavor paired with lavender is a wonderful way to cool down and relax.
Ingredients
- 1 tbls Dried Lavender Flowers
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cup Boiling Water
- 1.5 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 cup Cold Water plus more as needed
Instructions
- Add lavender flowers to a sauce pan, top with sugar and stir.
- Pour 2 cups of boiling water over the lavender and sugar; stirring until all sugar has melted. Cover and let steep for 30 minutes (the longer the stronger so if you would like a stronger lavender lemonade, steep up to several hours).
- Strain and add lavender syrup to a lemonade pitcher. Stir in the juiced lemon and 2 cups of cold water.
- Taste and adjust with more lemon juice or sugar.
