Ingredients
1tblsDried Lavender Flowers
1cupSugar
2cupBoiling Water
1.5cupFreshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
2cupCold Waterplus more as needed
Instructions
Add lavender flowers to a sauce pan, top with sugar and stir.
Pour 2 cups of boiling water over the lavender and sugar; stirring until all sugar has melted. Cover and let steep for 30 minutes (the longer the stronger so if you would like a stronger lavender lemonade, steep up to several hours).
Strain and add lavender syrup to a lemonade pitcher. Stir in the juiced lemon and 2 cups of cold water.
